May 30 - State Adapted Softball Semifinals
Osseo 13, South Suburban 9
Trailing 3 to 0, the Orioles quickly took the lead putting
up 5 runs in the bottom of the 1st and slowly pulled away for a
13 to 9
win over South Suburban. Kamla Ramdihal went 4 for 4 to lead the Orioles at the
plate. 5 other Orioles had 3 hits including William, Driver, Hunter, Phelps
& freshman Sammy VeoPradith who had a big game with 3 hits, a double and 2
RBI.
Taylor
went 7 innings giving up 14 hits and 7 earned runs and struck out 1 Jet batter.
State Adapted Softball Championship
Osseo 12, Dakota United 1
In an amazing display of offense & defense, Osseo
cruised to its 3rd straight title and 8th in the past 10 years as they stopped
Dakota United 12 to1 in 5 innings. Driver 7 Hunter again lead the way with 3
hits a piece including a big 3 run homer by Hunter in the 2nd inning. Williams
and Watkins each added a pair of hits. For the first time all year the Oriole
played error free defense limiting the 17 & 0 Hawks only 1 run.
Taylor
faced only 19 Dakota batters giving up 5 hits and 1 earned run picking up her
3rd pitching win of the tournament. Named to the Wells Fargo All Tournament Team
were Billy Williams, Antoine Driver & Roman Hunter.

May 13 - Osseo 14, Robbinsdale 4
Osseo completed the regular season with a 14 to 4 win over Robbinsdale. The Orioles played their entire team roster getting every player into the game. George Watkins and Kamla Ramdihal each had 4 hits to lead Osseo. Billy Williams and Antoine Driver each had a pair of safeties in the21 hit attack. Alicia Taylor went the distance giving up4 runs on 7 hits to earn her 99th pitching win of the season.
May 12 - Osseo 16, Buffalo 11
The Orioles won their 11th game in a row as they outlasted a much improved Buffalo team, 16 to 11. Antoine Drive and George Watkins each had 4 hits while Billy Williams and Zach Stanhope had 3 hits each. Taylor and Watkins shared the pitching duties giving up 19 hits and striking out 3.
May 11 - Osseo 19, Mounds View 12
The Orioles pounded out 30 hits and knocked off first place Mounds View with a 19 to 12 win. Mounds View had beaten Osseo 13 to 3 in the second game of the season.
Antoine Driver was 5 for 5 with 3 home runs and a triple while driving in 8 runs. Billy Williams, George Watkins and Joel Phelps each had 4 hits while Alicia Taylor had 3 hits. Taylor went the distance giving up 2 15 hits and 9 earned runs to get the pitching win.
May 7 - Osseo 12,
Anoka

The Orioles avenged an opening season loss by defeating
Anoka
12 to 2 the second time around. Billy Williams and George Watkins led the way
both going 4 for 4. Joel Phelps had 3 hits while 5 other players each had a pair
of hits in the 24 hit attack. Alicia Taylor got the win on the hill pitching 5
innings giving up 5 hits and striking out 2.
May 5 - Osseo 19, Wayzata/Minnetonka 4
The Orioles pounded out 27 hits on their way to a
19 to 4
win over Wayzata/Minnetonka. Billy Williams lead the way going 4 for 4 while
Antoine Driver, Joel Phelps, Kamla Ramdihal, Danny Boesen and Alicia Taylor all
getting 3 hits each.
Taylor
picked up the pitching win giving up 7 hits and striking out 1 Laker hitter.
April 30 - Osseo 12,
St. Cloud

The Orioles banged out 18 hits and won their 7th game in a
row defeating
St. Cloud
12 to 1. Zack Stanhope had 3 hits while Williams, Driver and Watkins all belted
home runs. Watkins also had a double and drove in 3 runs. Alicia Taylor got the
win on the mound pitching 5 innings, striking out 2 while allowing 9 hits.
April 29 - Osseo 14, Buffalo 2
The Orioles record continues to improve as their defense
improves with a
14 to 2
win over
Buffalo
. Antoine Driver doubled and homered to lead a 19 hit attack by the Orioles.
Billy Williams and Kamla Ramdihal had 3 hits each for Osseo. George Watkins
picked up the pitching win, striking out 2 and giving up 4 hits.
April 28 - Osseo 19,
St. Cloud

The Orioles pounded out 27 hits including 6 home runs to
defeat
St. Cloud
19 to 5. Antoine Driver had 2 home runs while Billy Williams, George Watkins,
& Kamla Ramdihal each had 1 round tripper. Watkins earned the pitching win
going 5 innings, giving up 9 hits and 5 runs.
April 23 - Osseo 14, North Suburban 2
Billy Williams and Antoine Driver each went 4 for 4 and had
a triple to lead the Orioles over the Cougars 14 to 2 in a rematch from the day
before. Joel Phelps had 3 hits and Sam VeoPradith added a double and a triple.
Taylor
again went the distance giving up 4 hits and striking out 3 to get the win.
April 22 - Osseo 13, North Suburban 2
Billy Williams, Driver, Phelps and Zack Stanhope each had 3
hits with Driver belting a pair of 2 run homers to defeat North Suburban 13 to 2
in 5 innings. Sam VeoPradith and Kamla Ramdihal each had 2 hits.
Taylor
pitched 5 innings giving up 4 hits and struck out 1 Cougar batter to get the
win.
April 20 - Osseo 25, Robbinsdale 3
The Orioles exploded for 5 runs every inning and
over-powered Robbinsdale 25 to 3. Kamla Ramdihal had 4 hits with Antoine
Driver & Joel Phelps each with 3 each. Driver belted a 3 run homer in
the 3rd inning. Alicia Taylor and George Watkins shared the pitching
duties with
Taylor
picking up the win. Watkins struck out 3 Robins hitters.
April 16 - Osseo 11, Wayzata/Minnetonka 10
The Orioles almost blew a 2 out 11 to 7 lead in the bottom of the seventh and hung on to beat the Lakers 11 to 10. Osseo committed 3 errors on one play allowing Wayzata/Mtka to score 3 runs and leave the tying run on first base. Pitcher George Watkins got the last Lakers hitter to ground out to end the game. Watkins picked up the pitching win striking out 4, but gave up 15 hits. Billy Williams, Kamla Ramdihal & Zach Stanhope each had 3 hits apiece for the Orioles.
April 15 - Mounds View 13, Osseo 3
Mounds View pounded out 14 hits and crushed the Orioles in 6 innings’ with a 13 to 3 win. Osseo committed 10 errors that led to 11 unearned Mounds View runs.
The Orioles could manage only 8 hits against a rock solid defensive team from Mounds View. Antoine Driver and Jack Dougba had 2 hits each for Osseo. Alicia Taylor took the pitching loss while striking out 1 Mounds View batter.
April 13 - Anoka 16, Osseo 15
After the Orioles had tied the game with 3 runs in the top of the seventh, Anoka pushed across an unearned run to pull out a 16 to 15 win in the bottom of the 7th.
Antoine Driver had a big game going 4for 5 with 3 home runs and 7 RBI. Zach Stanhope had 3 hits while Billy Williams, George Watkins, Joel Phelps, Kamla Ramdihal, Danny Boesen & Andy Brown each had a pair of hits. Alicia Taylor took the pitching loss for Osseo, but did not get much help from her defense as they committed 9 errors contributing to 11 unearned runs for Anoka.
